A Must-Visit BBQ Gem in Willoughby! From the moment I stepped into Gril Craft BBQ, I was enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The rustic charm, combined with the mouth-watering aroma of smoked meats, set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Every dish showcased the meticulous care and passion the team pours into their craft. The brisket was tender and flavorful, the pulled pork melted in my mouth, and the sausages had the perfect snap. Their commitment to using only the finest meats and produce, along with in-house made rubs and sauces, truly elevates the flavors. Sides like the garlic parm potatoes and mac & cheese were the perfect complements, and the Nutella cookie was a delightful finish to the meal.

First time in and let me tell ya a good bit about it. The worker was nice and gave samples and explained all of what was in the food to us and it was tasty. I got the Mac and Cheese bowl starts at 12.50 with the brisket 2.50 so thats 15 bucks. My toppings were coleslaw corn and cheese with tangy BBQ and sour cream on top. It was tangy and flavorful,mildly spicy. The brisket is juicy. The coleslaw tastes home made. The corn and bean mix is awesome. 10/10 would recommend

This is the absolute diamond in the rough for Willoughby. I live in North Olmsted and always hit this amazing place up when Im working out here or even make the trip out when I get that urge for amazing food! You wont be disappointed if you have taste buds!

Large servings at reasonable price, and delicious. Clean and quick. Quesadilla isn’t an option on the menu but they do them and they are the best. Mac n Cheese is good too:

First timer and we weren't disappointed. The owner explained everything, let us try his homemade sauces and was super helpful. His friendliness is 5 stars alone! It's comparable to a line Mexican chain but with BBQ. I had the pulled pork over rice and all the yummy sides and I absolutely LOVED it!!! Clean establishment and great staff. Definitely will be back for the chili nachos!!!

I’m beating myself up for not trying this place sooner. Really great food, everything tastes fresh, and the atmosphere is super clean. The gentleman making my bowl was also very friendly and polite. Great first experience, will totally be back.

What a wonderful little spot in Willoughby! The service was top notch, and you can tell the food is made with passion! The owner clearly loves his work, and his food definitely reflects that. I got the mac n cheese which balanced my meal so well without over powering the rest of it. The brisket was smoked to perfection and the chicken was so juicy, and tender. As for the toppings, I got the spicy slaw that was packed with flavor, the pico which was super fresh, the potatoes which has just the right amount of seasoning, and the pickled onions which were perfection. Now for the sauces, all I can say, is WOW. He makes all of his sauces in house and was so excited to tell us all about them. They certainly did not disappoint. I tried all of them and they were all amazing. His hot sauce was STUNNING, not only did it pack the right amount of heat, but the flavor was just so unique and almost sweet. Overall, a 10/10 for service, for passion, and flavor! We found a gem and we can’t wait to take our favorite people here!
